Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. Below this threshold the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order (number and format of bottles or packs).
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by express courier in 24/48 hours across most of Italy. Islands and remote areas may take 24–48 hours longer.
We ship throughout Italy and, on request, to European Union countries. For an international shipment write to us and we’ll prepare a dedicated quote.
When your order ships you’ll receive a tracking code by email to follow the parcel until delivery.
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt: we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is made on a protected, encrypted checkout; we do not store your card details.
Keep the oil in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Best enjoyed within 18 months of bottling to make the most of its aromas and polyphenols.
